No Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, incorrect selection, delay in delivery, or minor variations in color, size, or appearance. Customers are requested to review product details, specifications, and images carefully before confirming their order.
Exchange Policy
While refunds are not permitted, exchanges may be accepted only in specific cases, subject to verification and approval.
An exchange request will be considered only if the product received is damaged or incorrect (wrong product delivered) at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video from start to end (without cuts or edits) is mandatory.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories.
If the exchange request is approved, a processing and logistics charge of ₹249 will be applicable. This fee covers reverse pickup, quality inspection, and re-dispatch costs and must be paid by the customer in advance.
Non-Eligible Exchange Cases
Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following situations:
• Product is returned without an unboxing video.
• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
• Minor manufacturing variations or differences in color due to lighting or screen resolution.
• Requests raised after the allowed reporting window.
• Missing original packaging or accessories.
Exchange Process
Once the exchange request is approved and the ₹249 exchange fee is paid:
1. A reverse pickup will be arranged from the delivery address.
2. The returned product will undergo quality inspection.
3. Upon successful verification, a replacement product will be dispatched.
If the product fails quality checks, the exchange request will be rejected, and the product will not be picked.
Final Authority
The final decision regarding exchange approval rests solely with [Nami Brand]. We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
